For the forseeable future, our Iron Man will be our new co-admin and will be assisting with fielding questions and assissting with changes that will be taking place. This is a group-wide activity check. I realize that life has been kicking a few of us around (myself included) but I really need to know who all is still here, staying, and what characters they are keeping if they have more than one. If you do not intend to keep playing with us, I need to know so I can reopen the character slots. There are going to be some changes here, mostly cosmetic as well as a group name/url change, and I’m going to be advertising to recruit new members to fill open hero, villain, and civilian slots.

Individual character details will be added bit by bit, but here’s the jist of it. The regular Master Follow List has also been updated.
Please follow this blog. From time to time I will be sending out mission prompts and the villains needed for the conflict will be played from here by myself and other members that have volunteered to write for them.
If you wish to take on one of these villains permanently, apply for them as normal and I will remove them from the NPC villain blog so they can be used for continuous play.
If you are interested in being an occasional villain, please let me know via submit along with your email address to be added to the blog as a member.

Since we have so few active villains—and the villains slots never seem to get filled to where they are an actual THREAT—I am making a side blog from my Sinister account to act as a villain NPC account. Only one major villain will be active at any given time to prevent confusion, so they will primarily only be used in assigned missions unless otherwise requested.
Who will be writing these villains?
Anyone who volunteers to.
I, of course, will be writing for some of them as need be, but I can’t write for them ALL and keep up with all my characters, just like none of you would be able to handle all the villains and still keep up with your non-mission F2Fs adequately. Therefore, I am asking for volunteers to work with me to help keep this RP interesting and engaging until we are able to recruit more outright evil characters.
Loki is a chaotic neutral, Magneto is always swapping sides (which is canon), and Sinister is more of a “hide in the shadows until otherwise necessary” sort of villain, so none of them have really created a significant threat for our heroes as of yet. People like Omega Red, Whiplash, Sabertooth, Juggernaut, and just anyone out with a vendetta against any single character or mutantkind in general that would basically be out to just rip our heroes to shreds are what we are looking for in order to give people a challenge once in a while where you yourself aren’t just writing for your hero AND the villain in a solo.
The hero won’t always win (death is avoidable, but defeat is not).
